Gaining weight takes time.  Think about how long it took you to get this fat.  I bet it wasn’t 2 weeks, or even five months.  I’d say it was more in the order of years.

Fortunately, losing weight doesn’t take as long, but it is a lot tougher.  The reason why it is so hard is not because of the exercise, but because of all the information that is out there (good and bad).  Weight loss is everywhere.  Everybody is telling you how this pill and this machine are great for weight loss, and how they can make you lose weight in days.

I’m going to bring it to you straight.  YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT FAST, BUT IT TAKES WORK AND SWEAT TO DO IT DONE.

Forget about pills and expensive machines, they are not the healthiest or quickest way to weight loss; Commitment, sweat, and a good training plan are.  This is where I come in.

Science has proven to us time and time again that interval training is the best way to lose weight.  I’m not going to get into what interval training is, I leave that to my good friend and interval training expert Craig Ballantyne.
