The past couple of days I’ve been growing kind of frustrated with my abs.  My body fat is around 10-11%, which isn’t bad by the way, but I still want to lose more.  I asked my friend Vince delMonte for advice and he came away with this really cheap DVD called Get Ripped Abs. This is no fancy program like all the others.  I consider it more of a plugin and this is why… because you can do it with any workout.  This means you can continue your current program.  I’m personally using it with TACFIT Mass Assault after and during my workout.

The results so far have bee awesome.  I dropped 2 mm of fat in two days.  I had plateaued for a while and this small step forward was really awesome.  The greatest part about this program is the price it cost… it’s only  like 10 bucks.

Sorry for making this so quit, but I’ve been working on two books with tons of tips that will hep you lose or gain weight, which ever is your case.  I hope to get them out soon, just need to settle a few minor details.
