I just finished ready a study published in the International Journal of Obesity said weight loss programs only delay health problems created by excess weight.

We all know that the world is a lot chubbier than what it was a couple years back.  All it takes is a look around at your co-workers to realize we have a weight problem on our hands.  Hell, just a look in the mirror can tell us if we are part of the problem.
