Holy Shit!!!! This is the first thought that came to mind when I looked up weight loss on google and found out their were 218 million results; that is a lot of results by the way, and that is without summing up the results for fat loss (63 million).  Without a doubt there is a lot of information out there on how to lose weight.  You would believe people would be dropping pounds like candy from a piñata, but if you look around, there are a lot of chubby people out there, why? I have various theories:

1. Overweight people don’t want to lose weight.

2. Overweight people don’t know how to follow advice.

3.  Too much information.

4. Too much information that is contradicting.

I think theories 1 and 2 are probably not true for the majority of overweight people.  I saw a documentary of obesity the other day on Discovery Channel or National Geographic- don’t remember which, and it doesn’t really matter- and they interviewed this overweight model (she was beautiful by the way) that really enjoyed being fat.  She tried a few diets, but fell victim to what is known as yo-yo dieting, and she ended up gaining more weight than what she had before.  To make a long story short, she ended up quitting on losing weight, she clearly stands at what is considered to be obese, and she is “happy” about it.  She goes out on dates frequently and enjoys herself more than a lot of skinny people.  I’m perfectly fine with being fat from a aesthetics point of view, but not health wise.

This story taught me a couple of things:

1. Not all diets are good or healthy.

2.  Not all the information on the web is helpful.

3.  The two points above lead to frustration and a lot of unhealthy people.

All this leads people to accept their condition of being overweight, and simply doing nothing about it.  I believe you should always be proud of who you are, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement.  You should always try to be better and improve; I don’t care if it is health wise, wealth wise, or love wise, you should always be improving.  This improvement usually involves a lot of learning.  If you want to lose weight without buying a program I suggest you signup to a couple of newsletters from the best weight loss experts (I’ll give you a few names later on).  In these newsletters these experts will give you a lot of information (they will all so try to sell you stuff).  They will teach you the real facts about food and training, if you follow their advice you will lose weight in the long run. I personally suggest you choose one of them and stick to their plan, I 100% guarantee that you will lose weight with any of them.  Here is the list:

Diet Experts

Joel Marion- Cheat your way thin and Xtreme Fat Loss Diet

Isabel de los Rios- The Diet Solution Program

Training and Diet Experts

Craig Ballantyne- Turbulence Training

Mike Geary- Truth About Abs

John RomanielloFinal Phase Fat Loss 2.0

Go a head and sign up for one of these newsletters or all of them.  You’ll realize that they are great coaches and that their programs will help you lose weight.  They all have a 60 day money back guarantee so don’t worry about your money.  Focus all your energy on following their advice.  You won’t regret it.  Their are other great trainers out there, but start off with these guys.  If you have any questions don’t doubt in leaving a comment below.

To clear things up: I do make money if you buy, but I don’t if you ask for a refund.  That is why I only recommend programs that I have tried out and know that work.  If you ever have trouble with the refunds you can contact clickbank or you can contact the support team of each coach.
