Blueprint for Fat Loss
Are you one of those people that prefer not to work out because you don’t like the gym. I’m personally not a big fan of gyms either. I don’t like sitting on others people sweat; I don’t like waiting for my turn to use a machine; hate it when other people don’t care about their hygiene, and the list goes on. The thing is that, just because I hate gyms doesn’t mean I can’t get a decent workout.
I can bet you that my workouts are tougher than what most people do in your gym, and I don’t use any weights or machines?
This type of training is called bodyweight training and it is been used for centuries. The great and fearless Spartans used to train like this, and the results are so good Israeli Special Ops Units still use it.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t think weights are bad. I actually think they are awesome for gaining strength and packing on muscle. Barbells, medicine balls and kettlebells are some of the best training equipment that you can find for just about any type of training (e.g speed, strength, explosive, etc.). What I don’t like are machines.
The machines you find in every gym isolate your muscles, that is, they only make you work one muscle group at the time. If you can only work one muscle at the time you probably need 2 hours to get a complete workout; and lets be sincere who hast 2 hours to workout nowadays… not me. Even worse, machines make you do movements that are not natural, and that eventually lead to injury.
You know what the worst part about gyms is? That almost everybody hates them, even their members. Gyms make most of their money from drop outs; members that pay for a membership but never go. Why people drop out? They answers are many, but the hard cold fact is they are wasting their money, and not reaching their goals.
I don’t want you to be one of these people. I really, really want you to reach your weight loss goals and achieve great health; that is why I’m going to introduce you to two of the best bodyweight coaches on the web: Adam Steer and Ryan Murdock.
These two guys have come up with a great program called the Bodyweight Blueprint for fat loss. This program requires no weights, expensive machinery, mats, or anything else you can think of. All you need is a little space, and a real good attitude.
Let me show you what the program includes:
Warm up and Cool down: Very important to prevent injuries. These routines will help you improve flexibility and range of motion in every joint. The exercises are nothing like what you did in high school.
Hotel Exercises: Bodyweight exercises leave no room for excuses. You can do them anywhere, and Ryan shows you how you can stay on track with some cool routines you can do in your hotel room. This is awesome for those of you who have to travel a lot.
Detailed instruction on how to perform each exercise: The program comes with various videos that explain how to do each exercise. Technique is really important to achieve results, so you have to pay close attention.
Various levels of difficulty: Some exercises in this program can be tough, but Adam and Ryan do a good job of showing different variations of each exercise to satisfy your level of training.
If you downloaded my Free Training Package by opting in on the box to your right you will see I included a free workout from these guys. If you tried it and liked it don’t hesitate in trying this great program.
