Fast Track to Fat Loss vs Every Other Program
Last week I got access to Kim Lyon’s (former trainer of The Biggest Loser) Fast Track to Fat Loss, and boy was I surprised. At first I thought it was going to be one of the usual fat loss programs where you have to follow a couple of guidelines, that may adjust or not to your daily routine. I have bought a couple of those and they all work, but I have to admit they are nor very flexible which means you can’t follow them 100%. This usually means you have to adapt it to your requirements, and most people don’t know how to do that.
When I first logged in to Fast Track to Fat Loss I thought it was a bit complicated. It is not your usual downloadable manual, but a normal website. Just start by filling in your profile, getting involved in the community, and listening to the workout introductory video.
The workout portion of the program just blew me away. I have not seen anything like this on any other program. Your workouts are literally your workouts. They are built around the equipment you have, the time you have, and your fitness level. This is a screen shot.
All you have to do is type in your parameters and voilá you have your weekly workout. If you have any questions concerning your workout, you have a personal trainer assigned to you that will help you with any doubt.
Motivation wise you got everything you need. The community is awesome. When I signed in people sent me welcome messages, this included Kim herself, as well as my personal trainer (sounds cool to say I have my own trainer). There are contests you can join, as well as a progress meter that can show you how you are doing. Summed up in just a few words… everything you need is here.
Planning is a big part of losing weight. Not letting things interfere with your plan is a great way to assure yourself progress. Fast Track to Fat Loss has a calender where you can plan your workouts a head of time so you nothing gets in the way of your transformation. I’m still finding out cool things about this program, and be sure I will share them with you.
