Diet Tip #1 – Drink lots of Water

16-20 ounces cold water 15-20 minutes before they have their meals.

Not only does this promote hydration but also fills the stomach
allowing the body to feel more full quicker! I’m sure this is old

Diet Tip #2 – Eat a total of 15 servings of fruits and veggies per day

Statistics tell us that the average person consumes less than 3
servings of fruits and vegetables per day, and those often constitute
potatoes and ketchup.

And no, I’m not joking.

Now imagine if you replaced a piece of toast at breakfast with an
apple…and your afternoon cookie/chips/pretzels with some vegetables
and hummus and a piece of fruit.

Then replace any soda you drink with a piece of fruit and glass of
water. Add a serving of vegetables to your scrambled eggs. Eat a
side salad instead of fries.

With this easy-to-implement plan, your calories go way DOWN and
your feeling of fullness goes way UP.
