Gluteus To The Maximus: How to Achieve The Perfect Butt
How to build nice firm glutes is probably the most frequent question I get asked. To me it is the sexiest part in the body in both men and women (especially women), just look at the pictures below. Who doesn’t like to stare at a perfect butt?
People like glutes so much some actually write songs about them (I like big butts- Sir Mix a lot), hell people actually become famous for having one e.g Kim Kardashian.
With our modern lifestyle of sitting on our behinds all day plus bad butt genes most of us don’t have the privilege of having junk in our trunk for free…. we have to work for it. If you google for butt exercises you will probably find a ton. The thing is the exercises are just the building blocks of a nice sexy butt; you need to structure them in such a way that you achieve the right stimulation and growth.
You see the butt is comprised of various muscles, but the most important is the gluteus maximus. This is the muscle that makes our butts look round and toned (flabby butts are not that sexy). So in order to develop up it we need to approach it just like any other muscle. And muscles only grow if we stimulate them in the right way.
